At GamerChimp, we strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • The item must be in its original packaging (excluding the outer flyer).
  • Returns for change of mind are accepted, but the product will be inspected before approval.
  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Free delivery is only provided on the first purchase; return shipping is not covered.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Email us at support@gamerchimp.pk with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Ship the item to the address we mention to you, after receiving confirmation from our team.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • For exchanges, a replacement item will be dispatched once we receive the returned product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

At GamerChimp, we take pride in the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy covers manufacturing defects and ensures customers receive properly functioning products. However, it is separate from our Return & Exchange Policy, which covers returns due to customer preferences.

1. Warranty Duration & Coverage

This limited 30-day warranty covers manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

If a product is found defective within this period, we will repair or replace it (depending on stock availability).

No monetary refunds are provided under warranty claims.

2. What Our Warranty Covers

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, such as:

✔ Non-functional buttons, keys, or ports.

✔ Connectivity issues (Bluetooth, USB, etc.).

✔ Audio or sensor malfunctions.

✔ Factory defects in materials or workmanship.

3. What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty will be void in the following cases:

❌ The product's serial number has been removed or altered.

❌ Physical damage due to mishandling, accidents, or improper use.

❌ Damage due to liquid spills, power surges, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.

❌ Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, fading logos, worn-out keycaps).

4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a claim, customers must:

6. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

If the product qualifies for a warranty replacement, GamerChimp will cover the shipping cost to and from the service center.

However, during transportation, the product remains the owner’s responsibility until it reaches us.

7. Warranty vs. Return Policy

This warranty applies only to defective products due to manufacturer errors.

If a customer wants to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), our Return & Exchange Policy applies instead.

After 7 days, money refunds are not available—only exchanges will be offered.

Our team will inspect the product before approving a warranty claim. If we determine the defect was caused by misuse, the claim will be rejected.
